The Chamber has a detailed assessment program — the “Secret Shopper”.
A “secret shopper” visits your business to assess your establishment and will
request information regarding a product or service your establishment offers. A purchase may be made and, shortly thereafter, followed by a request for a return.
The customer experience will be evaluated and a feedback copy of the survey will be provided to your business.
The critiquing is intended to provide you with a snapshot of the customer experience, providing aid in direction for enhancements, if required, and a ‘pat on the back’ for areas well done. NO CHARGE for members.
